15. Subsequent Events
In February 2015, we amended the Class A Warrants issued in connection with our public offering in October 2014 to extend the date by which we must hold a stockholders meeting for the purpose of seeking approval of our stockholders for an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to either (i) increase the number of shares of common stock we are authorized to issue or (ii) effect a reverse split of the common stock to August 31, 2015.
